I had such a great experience at this community, thanks to Cynthia,. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure all of my questions were answered. Her knowledge about the property and the surrounding area really stood out, and she explained everything clearly so I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such a warm personality, but Cynthia absolutely does. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this community, especially because of her!

I have been living here for over 7 years now, And I've seen a lot of management come and go also the complex has changed it's name 3 times. Cynthia is by far the best manager we've had. The property has never looked better. We waited for years to have a pool that was crystal clear and to have nice pool furniture to enjoy. We have multiple grills that we can all get together and BBQ. We've waited a long time for a gym. Now we have a gym. If you would like a nice community property to live in, this is the place to come to. Everybody here is friendly.

I went on a tour last week & Cynthia showed me around. She was very pleasant, cheerful & helpful. I'm still looking around but this is definitely in my top 3.

What can I say?! My apartment is cute and has great closet space! I love everything in the apartment . Location is great! I can walk to get everything I need . Elexus has been a breath of fresh air. Since she started my work orders have gotten done and she is so friendly and will help you on the spot instead of just brushing you aside like previous managers did. I am very happy with the management change and will definitely be renewing if she stays 😊

Since Astero has taken over management I can sincerely say that the property has changed for the better. Karen and Chris are very easy to talk too and are very approachable (which is half the battle when you have issues). Maintenance issues are handled in sufficient time.

I have lived here for 9 years I think they have finally made some improvements the manager Karen Taylor has answers and if not finds them also the maintenance Kris Schafer very helpful and making a request isn't so complicated maybe it's time change will be a great change thank you
