APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Mesa

Now that we are under new management and also new apartment name, it has gotten so much better around here. Cynthia has got to be the best manager we've ever had. Her motto is "If I wouldn't live like that, then you all shouldn't have to live like that." Maintenance is doing a phenomenal job, the grounds are looking so much better than they ever have before. Going to the dog park in the morning to take my two little dogs is so much more enjoyable not having to smell the dog pee and looking at all the dog poop. Also after years of not being able to enjoy our pool, we now can go to the pool everyday with brand new pool furniture and water that is crystal clear. We also have beautiful grills that we can all get together as a community and bbq. We have been promised for years about a gym and now we have one. If you would like to live in a friendly neighborhood this is the place to be.

I truly love what The Robinson Group has done here at this property since they have taken over things have changed so much. Angelica the manager is so very friendly and helpful. And the maintenance man Raphael is a nice young man and goes the extra mile to make sure the property looks and stays beautiful. He does it all! I am happy to live here at the Tides on Gilbert West!

I have been living here for 9 months and I love it! The grounds are taken care of and clean,there is night security, the maintenance guys are friendly and Belinda the office manager is absolutely wonderful!
